About Alison Barnhill

Alison Barnhill is a Certified Personal Trainer ISSA. Alison trains at the Pacifica Athletic Center located in Pacifica, CA at 640B Crespi Drive.

Having a structured exercise routine has changed her life. Prior to joining a gym in the late 1990’s, she was not what you would consider an athlete. She found the gym intimidating and decided to hire a trainer and learn the "right way" to perform weight lifting exercises. After a few years, she was introduced to power lifting and began competing. Alison competed from 2004 through 2016, and currently holds multiple state records and the title of world champion. After several years of being a competitive power lifter, Alison decided that she wanted to help others reach their fitness goals and live healthier lives.
